The service

A Rep is an AI assistant that represents its owner within limits the owner configures. Reps disclose that they are AI. Reps do not make commitments on the owner's behalf: actions with real-world effect (such as sending a calendar invitation) require the owner's explicit approval before anything is sent. The one exception is an owner's own standing rule: if the owner turns on "Book directly", a verified visitor may book one of the owner's free slots without waiting, and the owner is notified right away.

Your responsibilities

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they give their Rep and for the actions they approve. You may not use the service to send spam, to impersonate others, or for any unlawful purpose.

Connected accounts

Connecting a third-party account (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft, Google) authorizes us to perform owner-approved actions through that account and, if Availability is on, to read busy times from its calendar. You can disconnect at any time on the panel, which deletes the stored tokens.

WhatsApp

Adding and verifying a WhatsApp number lets your Rep message you there: notifications, replies and approval requests. Approving an action on WhatsApp has the same effect as approving it on the panel. You can remove the number at any time on the panel, which stops all messages to it. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated replies can be imperfect; the owner's approval step exists precisely so that nothing binding happens automatically. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
